Bill has held varied Vice President positions that include the missions of Strategy, Business Development, Program Development, Marketing, Acquisition, and Strategic Partnerships for Comtech Technologies Corp, Image Insight Inc., Advanced Technology Systems Company, Frequency Electronics Inc. He founded and currently leads VIP GlobalNet, LLC, a consulting cell. VIP GlobalNet, LLC has provided consulting support to many companies to include notably Battelle Memorial Institute, SRI International, Draper Labs; and to publically traded companies NASDAQ: TTEK, NYSE: AME, NASDAQ: SITM, NASDAQ:FEIM, HII/ALION, and NYSE:BWXT. We have also supported many private individuals and some government agencies.He provides consulting support to a number of government and commercial clients; and we provide a variety of strategic support services tailored to each specific business and technological community. These include competitive intelligence and landscape; product and service futures and marketability intersection; smartsourcing; and evolving technical and business best practices.

He has led federal business development efforts spanning opportunity discovery, capture strategy, and proposal support, and has overseen operational execution for programs operating under strict regulatory, security, and delivery constraints. His work includes standing up and managing advisory platforms that translate government data into actionable pipeline insights, guiding cybersecurity service offerings such as CMMC readiness and vulnerability intelligence, and supporting concept-to-prototype efforts through rapid modeling, iteration, and stakeholder alignment. Prateek brings a hands-on, execution-driven approach to operations leadership, focused on turning early-stage ideas into scalable offerings and aligning strategy, delivery, and client outcomes.

Dan is a cybersecurity and compliance leader with more than 24 years of experience supporting highly regulated organizations across defense, intelligence, healthcare, and critical infrastructure. A U.S. Air Force officer and NSA veteran, he played a key role in establishing U.S. Cyber Command’s Cyber National Mission Force and led the Department of Defense’s first Title 10 defensive cyber operation securing the Global Information Grid. Dan is recognized for his expertise in governance and compliance, including CMMC, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, and specializes in translating regulatory requirements into practical, enterprise-wide security programs. His leadership focuses on delivering resilient, zero-trust–aligned cybersecurity and compliance solutions that support both mission assurance and business objectives.
